Feburary 2003 "I am an architect and have built my Cinergi business part time with my wife Maureen. Every month, whether we work or not we receive a cheque for €3,000 plus. All our working life we have used a phone, both at home and work. We don’t know how it works and we don’t need to know how it works and yet we are successfully involved with Cinergi Telecom. Right now we have ‘Silver’ status and have set our short-term goal to become ‘Gold’. Our success is based on the support from Cinergi and our group. This is teamwork, with consultants all round Ireland. All have equal opportunity and direct access to Janette McNamara (Sales and Marketing Director) for help and inspiration, together with Pat Gilna (CEO) and Denis McGauran (Operations Director). Cinergi is the ‘people’ business. The ‘back office’ support takes care of all technical, promotional, training and seminars including Consultant Support and Customer Support. These in turn build our confidence and provide us with all we could possibly need to talk to as many people in promoting our Cinergi business. We have attended all Training and Seminars, not just to hear the presenter but equally important to meet and share ideas with other like minded people. The business challenge that faced us was it's simplicity. Having had the opposite experience with product saturated opportunities in the past, it was difficult to adjust to the ‘no product’ / ‘no selling’ Cinergi concept. Because of this we have absolutely no inhibition in presenting the Cinergi Business to anybody. Being a ‘people’ business, the more we talk to the more success together with free share ownership, we will have. The same opportunity is there for everybody else. Just do it now. Be what you want to be, be positive, and believe. Back to basics, list all the people you and your partner know. Include in this your doctor, garage person, shopkeeper, dentist etc. and you can expand the list further by asking whom they know. Never ‘pre-judge’ anybody, if not a Consultant then a Customer. If a Customer then a Consultant, in time. Get the ‘fast start’ action, which is 25 personal Customers and 3 front line Consultants within 60 days and simply duplicate, duplicate and duplicate again. Grow wide for profitability and deep for security. Always work as a team and seek the help and back-up provided. On a personal note a big ‘thank you’ to Janette for her loyalty, endless support, patience and belief in our ability to succeed. Which of course means an expanding cheque each month!"
