O2 confirms overcharging error

According to today's Irish Times newspaper, a spokesperson for O2 Ireland has admitted that a billing
systems error resulted in overcharging of some of o2's customers in Ireland.
O2 said it was in the process of resolving the problem, and that the issue should be
addresed within 24 to 48 hours and refunds issued to customers automatically.
