Q. It sounds too good to be true. How can Cinergi do this ?


Good question ! Cinergi will naturally earn less off each customer, however Cinergi are banking on the fact that you will love their free calls 24/7 service so much you will tell all your friends about it and they too will signup. All local and national calls (including Northern ireland) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q. How can I be sure I will save ?




The best thing to do is to check your last bill (or bills if possible) and if your combined monthly spend on local and national calls was above €9.99 you are likely to save by switching to Cinergi's talkFree Everytime.

Q. What's the catch ?


There is none, there are no hidden charges, no minimum contract periods etc. You pay your monthly subscription of €9.99 a month (incl VAT) and off you go. Each individual free call can last up to 59 minutes, and if you want to continue your conversation hang up and dial again for another 59 minutes and so on. Even if you exceed the 59 minutes per free call, you will only be charged for the excess above 59 minutes, and then only at Cinergi's GUARANTEED ALWAYS CHEAPER rates. There is no limit to the number of free calls you make in a month. Naturally, to avoid abuses (e.g. someone calling someone and leaving the line connected indefinitely), there are some standard terms and conditions as follows :

If the customer wishes to avoid incurring any call charge, all he/she has to do is hang up before the 59 minutes have elapsed and then call the other party back - once reconnected the customer can continue to talk for a further 59 minutes and so on. This is simply to ensure telephone lines are not left connected indefinitely.
