Q. Why is it that I have not seen any advertising for Cinergi?
A. Cinergi is a low cost operator, and rather than spend lots of your money on
advertising, we use the lowest cost promotion mechanisms and pass on the savings directly
to you our customers. This is why we can guarantee you savings.

Q. My bills are quite high so Eircom have given me a
special deal as a valued customer, how could Cinergi be better?
A. Because we discount their discounts. Don't feel special, all Eircom
customers are currently offered discounts (Options/Optimiser), and there
are no "special" deals. In fact under competition law it would not possible for Eircom to offer "special" deals to certain customers and not to others.
You should feel special by joining Cinergi, as we guarantee you will always save versus Eircom period !

Q. Eircom is such a big company how can a small operation
like Cinergi hope to compete with them?
A. Exactly because, we are small, we have lower overheads ! There is no compromise on quality, we just cut out a lot of needless costs and inefficiencies while focusing on customer service and quality, and we pass the savings directly to you.

Q. What happens if I am not happy and want to go back
to Eircom?
A. No problem. You just phone us and tell us, but remember, there is no way you
can lose by trying the Cinergi service. It costs you nothing to connect
and there are no contracts. Once you receive your bill you will see how
much you are saving. The service works just the same as Eircom, you won't
notice any difference (except the savings of course !).

Q. If I have a problem on my line will Eircom fix it
as usual?
A. Yes. You still pay line rental to Eircom and this means that they
will provide you with a working telephone line, that's their agreement
with you. In fact if you check your phone book you will find that Eircom
promise to repair your line within two days or compensate you with two
months free line rental.
